Role Summary:
We’re looking for someone to build the systems that generate demand, increase conversion, and create a hyper-efficient operating motion.
In this role, you will work directly with our CEO, Head of Growth, and VP of Sales to build a world-class growth and GTM function. You will help us assemble + scale our GTM engine, work on the most important GTM and operational projects in the company, and drive our next phase of growth. You'll own real outcomes, be accountable for revenue numbers, and get a crash course in scaling an AI-native company.
Responsibilities:
Obsessed about growth
Build and maintain the systems that power our opportunity management, inbound funnel, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows to drive significant pipeline
Build self-serve flows that let customers onboard without talking to sales
Create lead magnets and campaigns that generate demand
Build a cutting-edge GTM function
Create a revenue machine with pristine data, intelligent routing, and minimal manual work
Design AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, trigger timely follow-ups, and improve deal velocity
Spot friction points in our sales organization and build tools to eliminate them
Turn our CRM into a competitive advantage
Handle the unglamorous stuff
Sales tax setup? That's you. New billing system rollout? Also you.

Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or demonstrated expertise in building AI tools
Prior experience working on operations, growth, engineering, or as a former founder
Experience in identifying the highest leverage parts of the business to work on and creating strategic solutions with little oversight
Extremely data-driven and technical, the ability to get deep in the weeds of our analytics while also being out to zoom out to create strategic outcomes

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $150,000-$200k USD plus top-tier equity and benefits.
In Office Mandate
This role requires you to work Monday - Thursday in our sunny Union Square office.
