About the role

We are looking for highly effective supply chain professionals who thrive in rapidly evolving environments where speed and communication are critical. The Procurement Analyst partners with strategic leaders within Procurement and across the company to deliver high-impact results to meet critical company milestones.

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, in addition to a wide range of tasks all focused on enabling, and ensuring, on-time execution. This role will evolve alongside the state of artificial intelligence in the Procurement industry, as new tools shape the way we engage with key systems and stakeholders.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order processes

  • Drive clarity with requestors, approvers, and suppliers to ensure on-time execution

  • Identify, remove, and prevent roadblocks in the purchasing process

  • Lead process improvement projects to maximize the efficiency of our company resources

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar field

  • Experience with spend management (i.e. Coupa) and resource planning systems

  • Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail

  • Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent KPI’s

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of additional experience

  • A strong sense of urgency and a tactical mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience with the Google suite of tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Docs)

  • Experience using Slack on a professional level

  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment

Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.

Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
