About the role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to help architect and manage complex engineering projects, identify gaps, and implement best practices for customers. This position will involve intense collaboration with automotive customers and subject matter experts within Applied Intuition on a technical level in order to implement solutions for customer pain points & manage large projects.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
Define project milestones, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for projects relating to vehicle platforms, ADAS, and software-defined vehicles
Evaluate project timings with customers and adjust resource needs for customer pursuits based on their requirements and feedback discussion
Execute projects as the single point of contact, track progress, and ensure successful completion of all the milestones, metrics, and final deliverables
Continuously engage customers to understand further pain points and areas for more project engagements
Help execute release plans for software and hardware components, coordinating with engineering teams
Provide regular touch points with Applied Intuition's internal teams to update on customer use cases and workflows that our current software solutions do not yet provide a solution for
Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers, understanding requirements and providing regular updates
Coordinate internal and external teams, facilitate communication, and align technical roadmaps
Ensure technical alignment between customer needs and solutions, supporting integration and validation
Drive problem-solving and decision-making across teams to resolve project issues
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years of industry knowledge in vehicle SW development & production processes
Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science or related engineering field
Prior experience with delivering complex OEM projects at an OEM or an Automotive Tier 1
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working directly with customers
Willingness to travel abroad to support project needs (up to 10%)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the technology related to Applied’s product portfolio and verticals
Knowledge in both software and hardware aspects of software development and testing, such as high-performance computing and real-time test systems
Experience managing a team of engineers in a leadership role
Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
