  • Proven track record of delivering software solutions within agile, high-frequency release cycles

  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their application in autonomous systems

  • Solid system engineering understanding, with experience in software development for hardware-integrated systems (e.g., robotics, embedded systems)

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar

  • Familiarity with hardware/sensor system modeling for autonomous systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective daily collaboration with the USA team and documentation

Nice to have:

  • Experience on one or more of the following topics: Automatic Target Recognition (ATR), Reinforcement learning (RL), Drone Swarming, Path Planning, and Aerospace control systems, and Flight Demonstration of Autonomy Stack for Group 1 and 2 drones

  • Experience in the aerial domain and unmanned autonomy stack development

  • Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI/ML, CV, Autonomy, Aerospace, or robotics

Benefits and Perks:
