Company Description

Natoma enables enterprises to adopt AI agents securely by connecting them to tools and data without compromising security.

We’re looking for a go-getter who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and developer relations. This role is all about making noise, driving adoption, and winning developer mindshare. You’ll be our storyteller, growth hacker, and launch commander—all rolled into one. If you’re not afraid to experiment, fail fast, and try bold new approaches to generate leads and build community, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product launches end-to-end: orchestrate announcements, campaigns, and adoption programs that stand out.
  • Amplify our presence: partner with community leaders, creators, and press to spread the word and build credibility.
  • Continuously refine positioning: listen to developers, analyze usage patterns, and monitor competitors to sharpen our narrative.
  • Create engaging content: craft technical stories, demos, blogs, and campaigns that resonate with developers and engineering leaders.
  • Bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing, ensuring feedback flows both ways and opportunities aren’t missed.
  • Experiment with growth: test and scale new channels, campaigns, and tactics to drive awareness and leads.
Key Competencies
  • Strategic storytelling that connects with both builders and buyers.
  • Deep empathy for developers—you know how they evaluate tools, what they value, and how they adopt new tech.
  • Taste and creativity to make campaigns and narratives stand out in a crowded market.
  • Punchy, clear copywriting across channels (from docs and blog posts to social and email).
  • Comfort in ambiguity—you can move fast, iterate quickly, and thrive when the playbook doesn’t exist yet.
  • Cross-functional generalist mindset, able to flex across growth, product, sales, and devrel as needed.
Ideal Background
  • Experience in technical marketing, developer relations, or growth roles (bonus if you’ve worn multiple hats).
  • Strong grasp of AI, developer tools, or infrastructure products.
  • A track record of creative, high-impact campaigns that moved the needle.
  • Comfortable with hands-on execution: from writing copy to running experiments to talking directly with developers.
