What you'll do:

Independently manage post-sale onboarding, striving to create insightful moments for all our users during their first call;
Be a trusted advisor to our users through timely and proactive user engagement;
Ensure our users derive value from Rox using a consultative approach, diligently documenting all end user workflows;
Lead demos, trainings, and technical solutioning sessions with customers remotely and in person;
Run scoping and integrations sessions with ops teams (e.g. RevOps), setting the stage for successful POCs;
Be the voice of and advocate for our customers, contributing your expertise to shape product roadmap and company strategy;
Document best practices and other useful information to better enable our customers and our internal teams;
Deliver world-class, value narrative demos to wide ranging audiences

What you’ll bring:

A strong sense of urgency, at Rox speed is paramount;
1+ years B2B SaaS experience independently managing the technical side of customer relationships pre- or post-sale;
Experience with SQL and at least one scripting language, required to run large scale data processing activities;
Familiarity with sales pipeline generation activities and methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, SPICED) to adequately support our users in their day to day;
High energy to work in an early stage startup, and adaptability to work in a role that spans sales, onboarding, and success;
Resourcefulness and “scale yourself” mindset, by collaborating across Rox to design the processes, tools, and playbooks for your role;
Passion and curiosity to learn our users processes and goals, always striving to find opportunities to delight them;
A growth mindset, always find new ways to drive user expansion within accounts.
